1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
During promotional periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship worldwide from our fulfillment location.
We primarily partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, DHL, or FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely. The available options and exact carrier will be displayed at checkout based on your destination.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Below are estimates for key regions:

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate on the carrier's website.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by their country upon arrival of the package.
cncrystals is not responsible for these charges, and we cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Please double-check it before submitting your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee will be charged to send it out again. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
cncrystals is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as"delivered"by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit before delivery confirmation, please contact us immediately at bet136888@gmail.com. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note that carrier investigations may take 5-15 business days.
Damaged Upon Arrival: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged package and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
