At CN Heal Vibe, we strive to deliver your crystal healing products safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: 1-3 business days
  • Custom/Personalized Items: 3-5 business days
  • Pre-order Items: As specified on product page

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (within China):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 10-20 business days
  • Express International: 5-10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Free Shipping: Available on orders over a certain amount (displayed at checkout)

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All provinces and regions within China
  • Select international destinations

5. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
  • Track your package using the provided tracking number
  • Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update

6. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes
  • These charges are determined by your country's customs office
  • CN Heal Vibe is not responsible for delays caused by customs

7. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. boxes for certain items
  • Military APO/FPO addresses (contact us for options)
  • Countries with shipping restrictions

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:

  • If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and building management
  • Contact us within 48 hours if the package cannot be located
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue

Damaged Packages:

  • Inspect your package upon delivery
  • If damaged, take photos and contact us immediately at bet136888@gmail.com
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund

9. Address Changes

  • Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address
  • Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers may result in additional shipping fees
