Refund Policy

At CN Heal Vibe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your crystal products, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Be in original packaging with all tags attached
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized crystal items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at bet136888@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will send you return shipping instructions
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Ship the return to the address provided
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or damaged items: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the desired item
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Provide photos of the damage
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)
